Exchanges and Refunds:

  • Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective or the wrong item(s) shipped. Should you receive damaged, defective or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our returns address within 30 days from the ship date.

  • We do not accept exchanges on any promotional items, swimwear, discount codes, clearance or accessories. 

  • Exchange for store credit only.

  • All exchanged items MUST be unwashed, unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached.

Return Policy:

  • Must email info@jendairobinson.com for return approval.

  • Please include order number in the initial email.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the ship date.

  • All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.

  • All sale, swimwear, clearance and accessory items are FINAL SALE.

All returns are processed for store credit of the purchase price of the item(s) minus the original shipping charges. All return shipping fees are the customer responsibility should a return for exchange be requested.


Store Credit:

  • Store credit can only be used online at our website, www.jendairobinson.com.

  • Store credit is non-transferrable.

  • Store credit will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the item.

  • Store credit is issued after your returned is scanned "PICKED UP"

  • Maintaining the tracking status is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Store credit does not expire.

  • Store credit is accessible via the same email used at checkout on your original order.
