Steak and Chimichurri

Steak and Chimichurri

Quick and tasty!

Ingredients:

Chimichurri:

1 oz fresh parsley

1 oz fresh cilantro

1oz fresh oregano

3-4 garlic cloves peeled

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

2 tsp chili flakes

1 cup olive oil

1 lemon juiced

1 tbs salt

Steak:

Salt (to taste)

Cumin (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

Olive oil (lightly coat steaks)

Directions:

  1. Place all chimichurri ingredients in blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Season steak with salt, cumin, pepper and olive oil. Grill over pre-heated grill, skillet or pan until desired doneness.

  4. Rest steaks for at least 5 minutes.

  5. Cut steaks and serve with chimichurri sauce.
